WebUI Pro overview

Job recovery

Centre Finder
Measure your part with the machine and set work zero at its centre, then probe the top or make a surfacing pass. 1 min 17 s.
Probe Z0
Set Z zero with a touch plate or a 3D probe: test the probe first, then it finds the top, touches again slowly and sets Z0 on the material. 55 s.
Camera crosshair
A camera on the head turns the WebUI into a crosshair: line up by eye, set XY zero, mark waypoints, and find a hole centre and diameter with three clicks. Also on the pendant. 1 min 23 s.
Z adjust and Rewind
Cut too deep or too shallow? Change Z while the job runs, go back along the path to recut a part, and keep the change for the next run. 1 min 14 s.
Macros and tools
Write a macro once and run it from the WebUI or the pendant; keep your tools with feeds and speeds; set Z zero with the tool setter without touching the part. 1 min 24 s.
Record & Retrace
From marks on the part to a finished job, with no CAD: jog to each mark, choose drill, round or square pocket for each point, set feeds and speed once, then Save & Prepare. 1 min 20 s.
Offcuts to DXF
Measure your offcuts on the machine and use them in CAD: jog to each corner, press Point here, and save the outlines as a DXF. 1 min 33 s.
